Q What is online giving?
Online giving is a program whereby your donation is debited automatically from your checking, savings, or credit card account.
Q Who should give online?
Anyone who is looking for a simpler way to consistently give. Anyone who would like to give to the ministry of Neighborhood Church either one time or on a recurring basis.

Yes it is! See our page about security.
Q When are gifts processed?
You are able to choose the date your gifts are to be processed either online via our website, or on the authorization form.
Q If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance right?
Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate dte.
Q Without a canceled check, how can I prove I made my donation?
Your bank or credit card statement gives you an itemized list on electronic debits. It is your proof of donation. Neighborhood Church will also provide a statement at calendar year end for tax purposes.
Q What if I'm not a partner of Neighborhood Church of Redding, but I want to make a donation? How would I be able to get a statement for tax purposes?
We are happy to receive your gift. Online giving is a perfect way for you to give. All givers receive a contribution statement regardless of partnership status, assuming we have all of their correct address information.
Q Will my online gifts be included on my Statement of Contributions?
Yes, they will be included.
Q How can I get a receipt of my online gift?
If you include an email address when signing up, you will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your donation transaction You will also find it listed on your annual contribution statement.
Q How much does online giving cost?
It costs you nothing and saves you time.
Q What if I try it and don’t like it? Can I make changes?
You can make changes or cancel your online giving at any time by notifying the church.
